PLM group (Peace, Love and Money) is a refreshing blend of Spanish infused afrobeat. Their first release came in 2020 and since then they have not stopped. They have had a total of 10 concerts, including an event at BOILER ROOM held in the Madrid capital and a sold out show in the Clamores room. clocking several million streams and counting, PLM has no limits and they are determined to establish themselves in the music industry nationwide.
After months working in the shadows and perfecting their sound, they return to delight us with his latest single full of energy and good vibes: Maradona.
Maradona himself is a metaphor for all the turns and dribbles that the artists have had to do in their lives to get to where they are, to be able to survive. Moving to another country, studying and working simultaneously, with two or even three jobs at the same time. The group could tell us a thousands of stories, from them as individuals and from their people who they also consider they would fit with the term Maradona. For PLM is all about working through the obstacles that are presented in their way, putting the dedication and persistence until reaching the united goal.

«Maquinando todo a boli y papel para llevarme mi cacho de pastel«, as reflected on the lyrics, all they want is to take their piece of cake. The PLM guys are aware of the job that requires being at the top, that’s why they plan everything over low heat because glory days require sacrifice and effort.

«Con más trucos que Kakashi Sensei«, in the single we can also hear and see a reference to Kakashi Sensei, famous character from the anime Naruto. Kakashi is a ninja with an infinite amount of techniques and tricks (Jutsu) up his sleeve, skills that he came to develop thanks to his desire to want to improve and advance. The group feels identified and trusts that anyone with a goal or a dream to achieve in their life path can similarly feel the mindset watching Kakashi.

«Si no es fútbol para que sirves«, Madk!d, Besako and Polanskyy feel that artists nowadays don’t have the same recognition as athletes have, in this case example footballers, they emphasize it feels frustrating and many times demotivating that they do not receive the same respect or admiration for not being athletes. However, they do not give up as they are determined to impact the industry with their product and ensure that their current moment is only the beginning of everything that has to come.
