On October 28th Brixton-Jamm held the return of NMC Live celebrating the one year anniversary of Klueless Magazine. This gave a excellent chance for NMC & Klueless to work together and programme a stellar line up as the centre piece of the night. As well as the guests, the event concentrated a splash of some artists, models and designers which all were featured on the magazine over the past year. The opening of the party came to life with a full pop up rack brought to you by FASH COLONY.


The show opened with a back to back DJ set from D1N4M1T4 & Yinx D Jinx, welcoming our guest with a mix of Afro Beats, Hip hop, Bashment and more. The live performances kicked of with the amazing vocals of Therryi Jay, a delightful soul singer with a strong sound and variety in styles.



This performance was followed by the grove and vibes of Armanious a duo of rhythm guitarist Simone and titillating vocalist Kat, triggering tapping feet and bobbing heads to the Jazz lounge-esque vibes.

Switching up the energy with first rapper blessed with big stage presence & a energetic performance was Xii44. His performance was one of the highlights of the night working in perfect synergy with the celebratory atmosphere.

The next hour of performance were the acts selected by ThaMinority kicking off with the dynamic duo creating a underground buzz with the loveable raps CONTRAST LDN, Big Kwoffe & Cheffy made a big splash with there unreleased singles ‘BACK ‘ & ‘Haterz‘ after strongly rounding off with popular single ‘LTC‘.

The next act Equilibrium drill & rap collective from across London. With all beats produced by BlackJack, the impactful duo of Mensa & Lanzo, the intellectual words and extreme flow from SKY GOD with the flavour and sauce provided by Krazy K. This section was rounded up by EM x M3 & DAKARI with there hard energy, big presence and explosive flow.




The final two headline acts were driven by the infamous Jammz, a well rounded grime technician with DJ Furious by his side.

Ruth Brown closed the line up, a powerful London favourite, gifted with some seriously breath taking vocals, rounding off what is indefinitely a extremely talented roster.

After a open grime set was held by DJ Furious where we got to see members of the audience get involved.



























Nu Music Community was founded in 2018 as a open platform that showcases rising artist in London, as well as provide connections and links for studio sessions, 4K visuals, artist development and other events. After the NextUpLdn event in September 2018, the brand took a step back from doing showcases due to pandemic circumstances and other reasons, now are back stronger than ever.
